Flamed Rosemary Gimlet

  • 1 1/2 oz - Black Moon Gin
  • 1 oz - Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz - Simple syrup
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Garnish:
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs


Muddle 1 oz simple syrup with 4 – 6 leaves of rosemary in a cocktail shaker
Add the rest of the ingredients into the shaker, add ice and shake 10-15 seconds
Double strain using a Hawthorne and fine strainer into a chilled martini or coupe glass
Garnish with a flame torched rosemary sprig
