Green Apricot Sour

  • 1 1/2 oz - Green Apricot Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz - Wyatt Whisky
  • 1 oz - Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz - Simple syrup
  • 1 oz - Egg white
  • Garnish:
  • Lemon peel


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds
Double strain using a Hawthorne and fine strainer into a chilled martini or coupe glass
Garnish with lemon peel
