Ingredients

  • 1 oz - Pear Brandy
  • 1 oz - Crème de Cacao white liqueur
  • 1 oz - Cream (cashew cream vegan alternative)
  • Garnish:
  • Chocolate Bar
  • Chocolate Syrup

Directions

Combine equal parts of the ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and shake 10-15 seconds
Double strain using a Hawthorne and fine strainer into a chilled martini or coupe glass
Garnish with your favourite chocolate shavings as well as chocolate syrup
