SHIPPING FAQ

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?  We ship via Canpar, Purolator or Loomis to business and residential addresses across Canada. For remote and rural areas or box office address, we ship via Canada Post.

HOW QUICKLY DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?  Orders are packed and shipped in 48 hours. Depending on where you are located, your shipment should arrive anywhere from 2 days (Western Canada) to 8 days (Eastern Canada) of placing your order.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?  Yes. Due to the nature of the delivery – a person of legal drinking age needs to be home to sign for the shipment. We always recommend using a shipping address (like a business address) where someone is available during the day to sign for the package.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?  Not to worry. The courier will leave a note as to where you can pick-up and sign for your package at the nearest depot.

WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?  We’re here for you! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your online order experience. Reach out to us anytime at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours to figure out a solution.

CAN YOU SHIP TO THE USA OR OTHER AREAS OF THE WORLD?    Unfortunately not. Our products are only available for shipment within Canada at this time.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?  We offer a flat rate shipping fee (plus GST) on all shipments within Canadian Provinces:

BC – $25

AB – $32

MB – $36

SK, QC, ON – $40

NB, NS, NF, PEI – $50
